At Aurum Lifestyle, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that they are carefully inspected before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist with a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

We only accept returns and provide refunds for products that are received in a damaged condition. Returns and refunds are not available for any other reasons, including change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preferences.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have been delivered in a damaged state.
  • You must notify us within  7 -10 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • We have a 7 day return policy

2. How to Initiate a Return for Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at +91 81691 68650 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • Step 3: Once the damage is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

3. Refunds or Replacements for Damaged Products

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned damaged product, you will be eligible for one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original method of payment.
  • A replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. If a replacement is chosen, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.

4. No Returns or Refunds for Non-Damaged Products

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-damaged products, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect sizing or fit.
  • Personal preferences (e.g., color, style).
