We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above INR 2000. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of INR 100 will apply.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, which will be shown at checkout
- Standard Delivery: 4-5 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 2-4 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and any unexpected delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using this information through our courier partners. In case of a missed delivery attempt, our courier partner will make another attempt. If the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, lockdowns, or transport strikes), we will keep you updated.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
